Driver killed in A44 Bromyard road collision

A driver has been killed when his car collided with another vehicle.

West Midlands Ambulance Service said it received several calls after the crash on the A44 near Bromyard in Herefordshire on Tuesday evening. The man suffered serious injuries and ambulance crews were unable to save him. He was confirmed dead at the scene, a spokesman said.

A passenger in the car, a man thought to be in his 70s, and a female driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
