The tram was travelling at about 4mph

The tram came off the tracks at low speed near the theme park in July. An inquiry by the Rail Accident Investigation Branch found the cause of the derailment was a operation fault, its report said. It has recommended further training on certain procedures to Blackpool Transport Services.

No-one was injured in the accident on 6 July, when the tram was travelling at about 4mph.
